1、地面线槽一般都根据建筑物需要布线的纵槽间距.根据穿线的根数.截一面积等要求来确定线槽的规格和槽数.而

槽数可以分为单槽、双槽、三槽、线槽规格分为50系列、70系列、lOO系列、150系列、200系列等或客户的要求来定做

2、线槽适用于380/220v以下的强电和弱电敷线,在原则上强弱电线槽应该分开{自设.以防止两者之间产生干扰.强

电线槽原则上两头应装跨接线夹,保证电流回通.并在地面线槽施工中形成一个可靠的接地装置.以报安全。

3、一般线槽的分支转弯角及连接箱处应设置地面分线盒.而线槽的零量分散点通过变形接头用配件连接到用电点。

4、线槽在使用过程中.由于其长度一般在3m左右.故每隔1m左右.就应该以支架固定.槽数如果为双槽和三槽.建议

线槽四周应该设铁丝网保护,以防地面裂开.

5、线槽、地面分线盒及配件等连接的时候.对连接的地方应作密封处理以防沙粒浆等渗入.

1.The sizes and numbers of wire grooves are determined by distance between wiring grooves, number

of wires threading in groove and section area. Numbers of wire groove are single-groove, double-

groove and three-groove with sizes of 50, 70, 100, 150, 200 series, which can be customized as

per customer's request and normal length of the wire groove is 3 m/piece.

2.The wire groove is suitable for wiring for power supply and control cables under 380/220V. In

principle, power wires and control cables should be laid separately to prevent disturbance each

other. The wire groove for power wires should be mounted with crossing clamp at both ends to

ensure back flow of current, and a reliable grounding device should be set on the groove in

construction so as to ensure safety.

3.Normally it should have junction case at turning comer of branches and connecting case and

separated groove should be connected to power-consuming point by fittings via deformed joint.

4.During the course of utilization, as the length of the groove is normally 3 m, therefore it

should be fixed by the support every 1 m. In case numbers of groove are double or three, it is

advices that iron wire net should be set around the groove to prevent crack of the ground.

5.When wire groove, ground junction case and fittings are connected, they should have sealing

treatment to prevent penetration of sand and mortar.

6.The surface treatment of the wire groove is generally made by thermal galvanized sheet or steel

sheet, then treated by thermal galvanizing.
